Enjoy the mountain summer over here at Terrassencamping Schloßberg Itter, in the midst of a magnificent, unique landscape. Nestling between the gentle slopes of the Kitzbühel Alps and the bright limestone faces of the Kaisergebirge, our modern campsite and the … surrounding area offer you a wide range of opportunities to spend an untroubled holiday filled with sport and Experience boundless winter fun at our Campingplatz Schloßberg Itter and in its wonderful surroundings. The snowy landscapes and mountain peaks covered with the white gold of the Alps leave behind magical impressions on each of our guests. Although it’s winter you still lack for nothing at our campsite. We offer you a perfect snow clearing service and of course a gas supply to your pitch. Upon your arrival and departure we’ll gladly organise a tractor to tow your mobile home safely through the terrain to wherever it needs to go. Further details on this are given in our ‘Services in winter’ section. Terrassencamping Schloßberg Itter is beautifully situated in the middle of the Tyrol at the foot of Schloß Itter (castle). The 200 pitches are made in terraces and provide electricity, TV and for the most part water and sewer. Our motto: comfort at normal prices. Ideal starting point for hiking and climbing tours as well as paragliding from the nearby mountain "Hohe Salve", white-water-rafting on the river "Brixentaler Ache" (you arrive at our camp site) and mountain-bike tours, everything is possible. Or you just may relax at the solar-heated swimming-pool (there is also a paddling pool). In winter there is a baby-lift directly at the camp site and an illuminated toboggan-run - everything is free of charge for our guests. Every hour a ski-bus (free of charge) takes you to the biggest skiing area of Austria - "Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental" - which is only 2km away. Spend your evenings relaxing in the sauna or whirlpool and afterwards at our comfortable restaurant "Schloßbergstüberl". It is fun for the whole family! Comfort at normal prices; novelty: "body wash"; shower for dogs; rooms for drying your ski-boots; playroom for children; room for adolescents; washing machines, tumble dryers; in summer there is a large playground and a paddling pool; a sunny roof terrace for nudists, sauna, solarium and whirl-pool. There is a baby-lift and an illuminated toboggan-run directly at the camp site; it is only 2km to the skiing area; ski bus free of charge.
